IMPORTANT INFORMATION & REMINDERS
1. $200 per performer ($300/2 kids, $400/3 kids, $100/kid chorus). This includes a t-shirt, performance video link, and headshot. Checks should be made out to Theatre at Vis and given to TAV Staff at rehearsal or can be paid online HERE on our square site – Due Wednesday, July 1st, 2026
2. Set building happens on the weekend. We work in the gymnasium on Saturdays from 10am-4pm and Sundays from 12:30pm-4pm. If you’re handy with a hammer, WE NEED YOU! If you’re more of a painter, then we’ll be more ready for you towards the latter half of the weekend.
3. We need a lot of volunteer help the week of the show. Please be on the lookout for parent volunteer sign-ups!
**NOTE: on performance nights, the doors to the auditorium will open at the same time that we begin selling tickets at the box office, so those who’ve purchased the tickets online in advance have the advantage of first seating options for performances. All shows are General Admission.
