IMPORTANT INFORMATION & REMINDERS
1. Performance fee of $150 per child is due by July 1. Checks should be made out to Theatre at Vis and can be remitted at rehearsal to Haley Box or Tim McCray. This fee can also be paid online HERE
2. Set building happens on the weekend. We work in the gymnasium on Saturdays from 10am-5pm and Sundays from 12:00pm-5pm. If you’re handy with a hammer, WE NEED YOU! If you’re more of a painter, then we’ll be more ready for you in a few weeks.
3. We need a lot of volunteer help the week of the show.
4. Ticket Order Forms and Sponsorship Forms are available to download and print. These can be sent to rehearsal with a check (payable to Theatre at Vis) & given to Haley Box or Tim McCray or can be submitted & paid on our square site. These forms can be found under the “Cast/Parent Info” tab.
**NOTE: on performance nights, the doors to the auditorium will open at the same time that we begin selling tickets at the box office, so those who’ve pre-ordered tickets and have them in-hand have the advantage of first seating options for performances. All shows are General Admission.
